Exhaust large diameter tubing 4 into 1 (2 each exhaust pipes one (1) w/ muffler and one
(1) w/o muffler
COOLING - Stock radiator modified with 3rd row
HEAD - Stock w/cam journals overbored to accept Schrick 316 cam.
VALVES - Stock w/ Schrick double springs, titanium keepers and stock retainers
(late model valve guides installed to allow for cam lift w/o damaging seals.
IGNITOR - tii distributor tested to be stable to 8000 RPM, breakless with MSD
6AL, MSD coil and Moroso wires and connectors.
SUSPENSION Alpina struts w/Bilstein inserts; 2 degrees of negative
camber is built into the strut. Bilstein shocks also in rear. Front sway bar is hollow
unit from Ireland engineering in California. Rear sway bar is solid. Rear subframe is
adjustable for camber.
Rear Stock drums w/ Velvatouch or Carbotec shoes
TRANSMISSION stock 4-speed w/red line
DIFFERENTIAL Stock limited slip w/either 3.6 or 3.9 ratios.
FUEL I can use 100 octane aviation gas in the present configuration with
a higher compression engine racing fuel must be used ($2.30 gal vs. $5.75 gal). Fuel cell
w/ twin Holley fuel pumps.
SAFETY 8 point roll cage; Butler racing seat; 5 point harnesses; and
fire system.
