If you have a problem with any aspect of the DL90 or related software, be assured they will dealt with quickly and efficiently. However, we would ask that you are sure there really is an issue, so:

Firstly thoroughly check the DL90 instructions..
Make sure that you are running the most up to date version of the DL90 software, (download from here if required). Make sure that you follow the installation instructions correctly - most importantly make sure that you uninstall previous versions of the software before installing any new versions. Also make sure that you reboot your machine as directed.

Once you have checked the 2 points above then call or email your problem to us making sure you include the following where relevant:

The operating system you are using
The unprocessed run file you are having trouble with
A short description of the problem you are experiencing
Any other information you feel might possibly be relevant

If it turns out that there is a problem with our software, we will make every effort to get an updated version of the software available within 48 hours.
